Refund Policy

Full refunds are not given due to planning and preparation services before camps.
However, if cancellation is unavoidable AND you notify the camp director at least 72 hours before the clinic, you may be refunded 50% of the camp fee.

If cancellation happens within 72 hours of the start of camp, there will be NO REFUND.
